Finding Alice (Alice Clark #1), Alice's Sacrifice (Alice Clark, #2) and Alice's Insurrection (Alice Clark, #3) by Andrea DiGiglio reviews~Kami

MY REVIEWS:

 Finding Alice (Alice Clark #1)

I really like Angel and Nephilim stories so I was excited to read this book. Alice is emotionless. Her narrative reads very cold and by the facts. She was abandoned as a baby. She has moved from foster home to foster home. The only times she has emotions is when she is overcome by others extreme emotions. She now lives in a town called Hell and works at a bar. This is a fast paced story. The writing is good. I was intrigued by Alice's story. 3 stars

I was liking this book better than the first one. It seemed like a richer story with more detail and more of the characters' point of views. This narrative was jumping around from character to character which I was kind of liking better than the first book with the 'just the facts' Alice's narrative. This book had a lot of excitement, adventure and romance also. I liked Cole a lot. 4 stars.

This is the final installment of the Alice Clark trilogy and this book by far has the strongest writing. These books have definitely matured a lot and gotten so much better. This book begins with Alice battered from her recent torture. This book is written in the alternating point of view style like the second book. This writer seems much more comfortable with this style than the first person narrative of the first book. There is a war and Alice is the savior. She has come a long way and she is strong. I was really enjoying this book a lot. It is full of excitement and adventure straight out of the book of Revelation. 4.5 stars.
