Charming by Krystal Wade review ~ Kami

MY REVIEW: Haley is living in a nightmare. Her father is an abusive alcoholic and her mother died in a car accident trying to escape from him. Haley is the Cinderella character dodging her father's abuse and cleaning up after him and her younger sister. Chris Charming is the rich son of a CEO. And there is a murderer on the loose. This book starts out slow with Haley trying to survive her abysmal life. I found it really difficult and uncomfortable to read. I wanted Haley to be tougher. Towards the end this book got really scary and exciting. A pretty good read. 3.5 stars.
