Ember wakes up in the hospital ten months later after having spliced. She knows she works for the government. She knows she can teleport and she knows she loves Caden. This is a well written, fast paced and exciting adventure story. I was liking this book as much as the first one. I like the characters and enjoyed the story. 4 stars.
